Do You Pay a Deposit?

Yes, and it’s simple. You can reserve with a flat $50 deposit per game and pay the rest when you arrive, or pay in full at booking. The deposit is non-refundable, so pick a time your group can make.

That deposit holds the room off the calendar for everyone else, which is why it doesn’t come back if plans fall through. Need to move your booking instead of cancel? Reschedule at least 48 hours before game time and your deposit carries to the new slot.
