How long is the Ragnarok experience?

The game itself runs 75 minutes from the moment the clock starts. Plan on about 90 minutes total at our Boise location once you factor in check-in, the in-character mission briefing, and a quick photo and debrief at the end.

What should I wear to play Ragnarok?

Wear something comfortable you can move and crouch in. Closed-toe shoes are a good idea. There's no costume required, but a few of our crews show up dressed for Asgard, and we are absolutely here for it.

Do I need to pay a deposit when I book?

Guests can choose a $50 deposit with the remainder due on arrival, or pay in full.

What's your cancellation and reschedule policy?

Need to reschedule? Call us at (208) 999-3806 at least 48 hours before your game time and we'll move you to another slot. Need to cancel? You can cancel for any reason up to 4 hours before your game time, with a $50 non-refundable deposit.

How early should we arrive?
