How long is The Lost Mine experience?

The game runs 60 minutes from the moment the clock starts. Plan on about 75 minutes total at our Boise location once you factor in check-in, the in-character briefing, and a quick photo and debrief at the end. Aim to arrive 15 minutes early so we can get your crew set up and start the clock on schedule.

Is The Lost Mine good for kids and families?

It's our best family room, full stop. The puzzles are tactile and hands-on, the pacing is friendly, and kids as young as 7 light up in here. Everyone gets a role, so the whole family plays together instead of watching from the side. Players under 13 need a participating adult in the room with them.

Do I need to pay a deposit when I book?

Guests can choose a $50 deposit with the remainder due on arrival, or pay in full.

What's your cancellation and reschedule policy?

Need to reschedule? Call us at (208) 999-3806 at least 48 hours before your game time and we'll move you to another slot. Need to cancel? You can cancel for any reason up to 4 hours before your game time, with a $50 non-refundable deposit.

Yes. The room is wheelchair accessible throughout and stays gentle, with no jump scares. The one thing to flag: the game ends with a brief flashing-light and explosion effect to celebrate the finish, so if anyone in your group is sensitive to flashing lights or sudden sounds, let us know and we'll prepare them. Nothing you need to solve depends on hearing the audio, and we'll take care of any accommodations.

The year is 1871. Deep in the Idaho hills sits a forgotten mine, and inside it rest the time crystals - the secret to time travel itself. A Labyrinth agent went in to find them and never came back out. Now it's your turn to pick up the trail.
