How long is the Shipwrecked experience?

The game runs 60 minutes from the moment the clock starts. Plan on about 75 minutes total at our Nampa location once you factor in check-in, the in-character briefing, and a quick photo and debrief at the end. Aim to arrive 15 minutes early so we can start the clock on schedule.

What does 4D mean and what are the effects?

4D means the room engages more than your eyes. Expect a light water mist, flashing lights, and a few cinematic sensory surprises that make Skull Island feel real. It's immersive and fun, not scary - nothing in the room is meant to frighten you. There's flashing light, but not a sustained strobe.

Can we bring drinks into the room?

Yes, and it's the magic of our Nampa location. Grab a beer, wine, or a cocktail from The Explorers Club, then walk it straight into Shipwrecked. It's one of the reasons this room is a favorite for date nights and group outings.

Do I need to pay a deposit when I book?

Guests can choose a $50 deposit with the remainder due on arrival, or pay in full.

What's your cancellation and reschedule policy?

Need to reschedule? Call us at (208) 999-3398 at least 48 hours before your game time and we'll move you to another slot. Need to cancel? You can cancel for any reason up to 4 hours before your game time, with a $50 non-refundable deposit.

Is Shipwrecked accessible?

Our entire Nampa location sits at the top of two flights of stairs with no elevator, so it is not wheelchair accessible. Please contact us before booking if anyone in your crew has mobility needs and we'll talk it through. There's one low doorway with an alternate way around - just let our staff know and we'll set you up.
